Good Morning from Thailand
As I write this, Eddie and I are wide awake and Mallory is sleeping hard. (She is sleeping in a crib in our room) It is 6:26am. She is adjusting to the time change much better than Eddie and I. Our problem is that we are taking naps when she does...which is twice a day because it is too hot to do anything else, so we stay in our air conditioned room. I think we are going to try and stay awake during one of her naps today - maybe watch some movies we brought with us. But still, we can't complain...we are enjoying the relaxing.
We had to take Mallory to the hospital that Ed's dad works at yesterday to get her ears rechecked. She had an ear infection before we left and we had a feeling that she still had it because she has been very fussy (she is also cutting a couple teeth and is a drool bucket) She still has the ear infection, so we got an antibiotic and some cold medicine to help her ears drain. We hope she is feeling better soon. All she wants to do right now is lay on mommy and dada.
We may go shopping at a mall around here today and we are supposed to go to a night market sometime this week. The Thai New Year celebration will be on Sunday. We will be going to Eddie's uncles house to meet a lot of family and have dinner. I think we are leaving for the beach house for a few days after the New Year celebration.
